Rocky Mountaineer launches 2023 season

Rocky Mountaineer’s 2023 travel season has officially started.

The iconic glass-domed trains travel through Western Canada and the American Southwest, offering all-daylight journeys that showcase some of the most spectacular scenery North America has to offer. Guests begin travelling along four unforgettable routes on the following dates:
April 16: Rockies to the Red Rocks (Denver - Glenwood Springs - Moab)
April 17: First Passage to the West (Vancouver - Kamloops - Banff)
April 18: Journey Through the Clouds (Vancouver - Kamloops - Jasper)
April 29: Rainforest to Gold Rush (Vancouver - Whistler - Quesnel - Jasper)

What’s new for 2023:

A refreshed culinary program. The culinary vision is defined by the places the train travels through, with regionally sourced ingredients.

- Canadian route highlights include Alberta beef short rib, sweet corn and kale gnocchi, and Lois Lake steelhead salad. For dessert, the new lemon lavender posset with Earl Grey macaron is sure to be a guest favourite.

- On Rockies to the Red Rocks, guests will enjoy dishes such as local braised short rib with New Mexico fire-roasted green chile demi-glace, lemon and herb roasted chicken breast with peach demi-glace, and peach strata bake. Each morning will begin with a delicious pastry from Sweet Coloradough Bakery, which is becoming a beloved tradition along this route.

‘Travel Again’ promotion. Returning guests receive $500 CAD off per couple on the Canadian routes, or $400 USD per couple on the Rockies to the Red Rocks in the US. Offer is valid on any Rocky Mountaineer package when you travel with us again in 2023 or 2024. This is bookable through the Sales Centre.

As we launch the 2023 season, we are also looking ahead to next year and are happy to announce that 2024 packages are now on sale at www.rockymountaineer.com, on the Agent Portal and the Sales Centre.
